The programming and other committees plan social and cultural events that focus on topics that are of interest to adults. Programs in the past have included health- and current events-related speakers and panels, lectures on secular and Jewish topics, trips to locations and centers of Jewish life, concerts, congregation-wide picnics, wine tastings and more. A community picnic is just one of the many cultural and social events offered at Beth Sholom for adults, youths and families. Throughout the year the program, education and youth committees offer a wide range of activities such as trips to New York and local museums, speakers and panel discussions on secular and Judaic topics, concerts, celebrations that focus on Shabbat and holidays and more. Whatever your interests, there is sure to be an event that interests you.
