RELIGIOUS SCHOOL 2009-2010

Registration Form 2009-2010

Goal: To provide each child with a Jewish education from which he/she will develop an appreciation for the Hebrew language and for Jewish traditions, holidays, ethics, history, prayer, song and dance. To provide each child with a positive attitude toward Judaism.

Materials: Textbooks, audiovisuals, crafts, discussions and lectures

Schedule:

Sunday School:

Torah for Toddlers, one Sunday a month, 10 - 11 a.m. (separate registration form)

Kindergarten through Grade 2, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Hebrew School: Grades 3 through 7

Wednesday, 4:15 - 6:30 p.m.

Judaic Studies Institute - Sunday 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Bar and Bas Mitzvah Education:

Preparation begins in Grade 6, with individual lessons with the Rabbi and participation in Shabbos Services.
