Mazel tov on your forthcoming marriage. We are delighted that you are considering Beth Sholom as a venue for your celebration.
The Jewish wedding is a sacred event. There are many opportunities to customize the ritual to make it most meaningful and joyful for you. Our rabbi and cantor are happy to officiate at weddings for Beth Sholom members and others. Their involvement is more than just officiating under the chuppah; the rabbi meets with couples to help them understand the dynamics of the Jewish wedding and to begin to explore the challenges and opportunities of married life.
We are very proud of our beautiful sanctuary, which comfortably seats 187, and our spacious social hall, which can seat up to 250 with room for a dance floor. We have a completely kosher kitchen and a list of outside caterers who are approved to work in our kitchen.
This is truly one of the biggest days of your life. Our goal is to work with you to make it special and stress free. To schedule a date and/or to view the facility, please email our executive director, David Bass, or call him at 301-663-3437. He is available to consult on all aspects of your wedding to make the day memorable and fun.
